Call your Program Sponsor. A representative will verify your Business Account is active and provide you with the toll-free phone number to speak to a Legal Club Service Advocate. When you call, the representative will ask for a Member Number which you do not have and then your name. Let them know you received this service at no cost through your Program Sponsor. They should be able to verify this and enroll you at that time. They will ask you a couple of questions about the type of legal service you need before referring you to a Plan Attorney.
This plan provides access to a network of over 22,000 attorneys nationwide.
After you describe your business legal issue, the Legal Plan Service Advocate will assign your Plan Attorney based on language, the area of law, and your location. You will be provided his/her name and phone number to call. Be sure to let the Plan Attorney know you are a member of the Legal Club. Allow 3 business days for the Plan Attorney to respond to your call.
You can call the Legal Plan Service Advocate and they will provide a referral to another Plan Attorney.
In the case of extended legal care, the Plan Attorney may ask for a retainer. It is up to you whether you would like to retain a Plan Attorney for the extended legal care.
