Employees can connect with providers for live Urgent Care or Mental Health visits via telephone, video conference, or secure messaging from wherever they are so that they don’t have to make time-consuming office or hospital visits to receive care.

Virtual and phone visits with board-certified, licensed and credentialed medical professionals 24/7 for urgent care and mental health needs
Visits can be requested on a first-available basis (within 2 hours) or scheduled at at time that is more convenient for the Employee
Includes diagnosis, treatment recommendations, and medication prescription (if appropriate)

Messaging a Doctor is available for medical questions such as: (1) Second Opinions, (2) Medical Advice, (3) Blood Test Questions, or (4) Review X-Rays or MRIs.
Secure Health Records (HIPAA-compliant)
Visit summary and consultation details, including diagnoses and prescriptions, are available for review and export
Prescriptions can be prescribed via a live video session and sent directly to a local pharmacy
Follow up suggestions and details of each visit and diagnosis can be accessed and acted upon following each visit
